Susan Dunlop is the founder of Lead Believe Create and Blue Borage, leveraging over two decades of leadership in healthcare, now practicing as a certified trauma-informed coach and facilitator in The Empowerment Dynamic. She is committed to breaking cycles of unhealthy interpersonal dynamics, guiding workforces, school teams, and families towards healthier interactions and transforming anxiety-driven reactions into passion-driven, purposeful actions.

 

Deb Aldrick

Author, Survivor Advocate & Lived Experience Speaker

Brisbane woman Deborah Aldrick, is an advocate for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, lived experience speaker and the author of “Circling The Wagons.”

Through her writing, Deb sheds light on the often-overlooked experiences of survivors and fosters important conversations around acknowledgement and healing.  Her dedication to this critical issue is reflected in her powerful storytelling, which combines personal narratives, with a deep understanding of trauma and resilience. 

Within Deb's advocacy work she has opened up the dialogue of intra-familial CSA as a form of domestic violence, co-designed the survivor-based AVA project COC HSB working group with the University of Melbourne, co-presented at the Daniel Morcombe Foundation Bright Futures forum in Canberra, among other speaking engagements and is the founder of Dragonfly Advocacy.

Deb’s continued commitment to supporting adult survivors, preventing future abuse of children from her own lived experience and educating the general public, has established her as a vital voice in the movement toward greater awareness and change.
