Carol Vale

Carol Vale is a Dunghutti woman, entrepreneur and co-founder of Murawin, with a career spanning almost four decades. Carol brings extensive experience in intercultural consultation, facilitation, participatory engagement, social research and policy. She has led and support significant work across Aboriginal affairs, education, housing and child protection, combining cultural knowledge with professional expertise to support culturally responsive and meaningful engagement.

An empathetic and visionary leader, Carol is also the founder of Tiddas in Business, which brings Indigenous and non-Indigenous women together to share knowledge, experience and insights into building businesses for impact.
